For clients who prefer a calm, welcoming and accessible in-person setting, my main therapy base is located in Swinton, within Viso. This is the heart of Therapy with Tasha and where most of my in-person availability is offered.

How to Find Viso
The Swinton room is situated within Viso Aesthetics on Bolton Road. The building is easy to find, clearly signposted, and offers a calm, comfortable space ideal for face-to-face therapy sessions.
Address & Entrance:
The main entrance is directly on Bolton Road. When you arrive, enter via the front door and let the reception team know you're here for a session with Therapy with Tasha. They will guide you to the waiting area where I will come to meet you.
By Public Transport:
Several bus routes run directly along Bolton Road and stop very close to the building. Regular services connect from Manchester City Centre, Salford, and surrounding areas.
Train:
The nearest train station is Swinton Station, around a 15-minute walk or a short taxi ride away.
Parking:
Parking is available directly outside Viso and on surrounding streets. Most nearby streets offer free parking, but please check local restrictions or time limits before leaving your vehicle. There is also an Asda car park located just behind Viso, which clients can use.
Getting Here:
Whether you’re travelling by car, bus, or train, the Swinton location is easily accessible. If you ever need help with directions, feel free to contact me — I’m happy to guide you.
Session Fee:
£70 per 50-minute counselling session
Coaching and mentoring services take place here as well:
✨ 6-Week Confidence Coaching Programme — £450
✨ Specialist Student Mentoring — £75 per hour
Now Accepting Aviva & Vitality Insurance
I’m pleased to share that I am now able to offer counselling to clients covered by Aviva and Vitality insurance. This means you can access therapy with me using your current policy.
Please note:
Vitality does not cover my full counselling fee, so there is an additional £25 per session payable by the client. Aviva sessions are covered at the approved rate with no additional charge.
