The Therapist Behind
Therapy with Tasha
I like to think of myself as the relatable counsellor-someone who’s easy to talk to, approachable, and truly understands that therapy isn’t just for the ‘serious’ or ‘stoic.’ I believe therapy should feel comfortable, real, and human, and that’s exactly what I strive to offer.
I’m a happy-go-lucky kind of person who loves connecting with others. As a proud Leo, I’m passionate, energetic, and always up for a good conversation. You could probably guess that I’m into astrology-I find that horoscopes often resonate with me, and I love reading them for fun!
When I’m not counselling, you’ll probably find me enjoying music-something I often call “my kind of therapy.” Music has always been an important part of my life, and I believe it has the power to heal and uplift.
You’ll also find me on TikTok, where I go by the name @TashaTheRelatableCounsellor. On there, I share snippets of advice, tips on mental well-being, and some real talk about therapy. I aim to make mental health discussions more accessible, fun, and relatable for everyone.
At the heart of it all, I’m an honest, kind, caring, and loving person who genuinely wants the best for everyone I meet. That’s why I became a counsellor: to offer the support, understanding, and compassion that people need to live their best lives.
I understand that starting therapy can feel intimidating, but I want you to know that I’m here to guide you with empathy, honesty, and care every step of the way. My approach is rooted in a deep belief in your potential for healing, growth, and positive change-and I’d be honoured to walk that journey with you.
If you’re ready to take the next step, or simply want to have a chat to see if I’m the right fit for you, feel free to get in touch.
