This is a unique support space designed specifically for students. Together, we work on what’s getting in your way- whether that’s stress, low mood, lack of direction, procrastination, or personal struggles- and build practical, emotional tools to help you move forward with clarity and confidence.

👋 About Me

Hi, I’m Tasha — a qualified counsellor and specialist student mentor, registered with both the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) and NCPS (National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society).

I bring a blend of counselling and coaching to my work, offering a warm, practical, and supportive space for students to grow and overcome challenges. I currently provide mentoring through Terra Consultancy, working directly with university students — and now I also offer this support independently through Therapy with Tasha.

My background in mental health, combined with my passion for helping young adults thrive, means you’ll be supported by someone who understands the pressures of student life and knows how to help you build real, lasting change.

Sessions are available online or in person at two locations:

📍 Manchester City Centre
📍 Prestwich (North Manchester)

Each session lasts 60 minutes and combines counselling, coaching, and mentoring to support your personal and academic growth.

Fee: £75 per session
Payment is made in advance via bank transfer or secure online payment.

🗓️ Weekday and weekend appointments available- I offer flexible scheduling to work around your academic or personal commitments. Sessions can be booked weekly or on an as-needed basis.
